Beta Theta Pi believes college men should be recognized for their success and for their desire to achieve. For 179 years Beta has been in the business of developing men of principle for a principled life. Beta Theta Pi provides strong relationships, leadership opportunities and personal development. For many of our members, these skills have transferred to professional life. You have probably heard of some of them: Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton, Baseball Hall of Fame Third Baseman and Ohio University alumnus Mike Schmidt, retail guru Bruce Nordstrom and Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman.
As a way to provide similar opportunities on your campus, Beta Theta Pi is offering $1000 in scholarships designated for non-Greek male students at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University . The scholarship is designed to reward individuals who demonstrate devotion to academic achievement and a commitment to making the university and the community better places to live. Most importantly, we seek those who desire to develop skills that will not only help them become successful in college, but will also carry over to their professional and personal lives.
The APPLICATION can be completed online by Sunday, September 15th. If you are unable to apply for the scholarship at this time, please consider passing this along to a qualified candidate.
By applying for these scholarships, you are in no way committing yourself to membership in Beta Theta Pi or any other organization.
If you have any questions, please contact Patrick Osner, Wichita State '18, at patrick.osner@beta.org or at 513.839.3391. We look forward to receiving your application and meeting you soon.
